
If you are seeking Personal Transformation here is where you will find techniques that I have researched and implemented in my own life. It takes a true commitment. You must have determination and motivation. Do not look at these techniques as a "chore" that you have to do in order to force change.
MEDITATION

Meditation is at the top of my list. I have known about meditation since I was around 20 years old. I had dabbled with it but never in a committed way. In 2020 during Covid Lockdown I started doing a meditation called "The Blessings of the Energy Centers" which is based on the cleansing and aligning of the chakras. It is a guided meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza. There are simple versions of it and there are more advanced versions.

Some people have the idea in their minds that meditation is difficult and they really do not understand how to perform it. I have come to understand that meditation is simply the silencing of the mind. It is said that in a normal day we have roughly 60,000 thoughts. I have come to call this "Chatter." As you go through your day you have constant barrage of thoughts such as:

What am I going to make for dinner
This idiot in the next lane thinks he's going to cut in front of me
Am I ever going to get a raise
My rent went up how am I going to afford it
What are you looking at
​
And on and on it goes throughout the day until you fall asleep and then as soon as you wake up in the morning it all begins anew. This is the same mental chatter that sends you into anxiety and depression and into the extreme of suicidal thoughts and actions. It is just you.....talking to yourself.

During the silence of meditation, you quell this chatter.

MINDFULLNESS
​
Mindfulness is a the process of learning to be aware of your thoughts, beliefs, actions and everything you say to yourself and to others. It is being a sort of third person observer. This is a very powerful practice. As you being to observe yourself you being to wonder where you got the beliefs that you put into proactive every day of your life. Once you start to identify beliefs that no longer serve you you begin the process of re-birth. You begin to re-invent yourself and start to live in the present moment,

AFFIRMATIONS
​
Affirmations are simply statements that you write down and begin to say out loud. The power in speaking these affirmations is in the vibration that you send off into the Quantum Field. Yes you can say them silently as well. Every thought you have carries an electrical charge into the Field but the power of speech adds the vibration element. There is nothing magical about Affirmations. You are simply speaking to your unconscious mind where all data is held and processed for you to utilize. Everything you have learned from the day you were born is held in the unconscious. All of your learned beliefs and behaviors are there. Anything you have learned can be unlearned and replaced with new beliefs and behaviors. Affirmations should always be positive statements. Some example's are:
