Frequency Maintenance

As I have progressed over the last few years in my own journey of Personal Transformation I have learned about different modalities. I have done a lot of research into these modalities and tested them out in my own life. One of the things that I have discovered is Frequency. My belief is that we spirtual beings engaged in a physical (human) experience. We chose this experience. I have come to learn that we must find that balance between out spiritual essense and our human nature. I have found that it is in moments of silence, when we are able to qyuet the mind from it's normal chatter we can find a lot of answers. Moments of meditation and contemplation have worked for me in so many ways. Take a moment to go through this list slowly and as you do, notice the feeling, emotion and thought that each one generates within you. Especially what comes from your "gut." This is where your "instinct" or recognition comes from energetically. I am sure we have all heard someone say: "something told me to....." Or we have said it ourselves to someone. That "something" was/is your intuition aka, your gut instinct.


This list is my own personal guideline of maintaining my own frequency. Maybe it will work for you in some way.


🔻 1. Alcohol and Substance Use

  • Why it lowers frequency: Alcohol is a depressant. It distorts perception, numbs emotions, and disconnects a person from their inner self or intuition. Over time, it can create dependency, guilt, shame, or physical toxicity.

  • Energy effects: It disrupts the coherence of the energetic field (aura) and can open one up to negative thought patterns or influences.


🔻 2. Negative Emotions

  • Examples: Anger, jealousy, fear, resentment, guilt, shame.

  • Why: These emotions carry a lower vibrational signature. Repetitive focus on them can entrench negative neurological patterns and limit your ability to feel joy or love.

  • Important Note: It's not the emotion itself that lowers your frequency (emotions are human); it’s staying stuck in them or suppressing them.


🔻 3. Toxic Relationships

  • Why: Being around controlling, manipulative, or emotionally unavailable people can drain your energy and self-worth.

  • Energy impact: These interactions can make you doubt yourself, fear conflict, and keep you stuck in survival mode.


🔻 4. Processed or Low-Vibration Foods

  • Examples: Fast food, artificial additives, sugary drinks, heavy meats.

  • Why: Low-nutrient foods lead to physical sluggishness, inflammation, and brain fog, all of which affect your energetic output.

  • Energetically: Food that lacks life force doesn’t nourish your own.


🔻 5. Negative Self-Talk and Limiting Beliefs

  • Why: Your thoughts shape your field. Chronic self-criticism, hopelessness, or shame-based beliefs lower your vibration and attract more of the same.

  • Subtle cost: It prevents the expansion of consciousness and reinforces separation.


🔻 6. Disconnection from Nature

  • Why: Time in nature raises frequency. Living indoors constantly, especially under artificial light and EMFs (electromagnetic fields), can dull natural rhythms and intuition.

  • Energy effect: Nature has coherence; modern environments often disrupt it.


🔻 7. Constant Stimulation and Media Overload

  • Examples: Doomscrolling, violent TV, gossip content, fear-based news.

  • Why: These hijack your nervous system, inflame fear, and reduce mindfulness.

  • Subtle layer: They can desensitize you to beauty, presence, and nuance.


🔻 8. Lack of Sleep or Poor Sleep Hygiene

  • Why: Sleep is how the body and spirit reset. Without enough rest, your system can't properly detox or regenerate.

  • Energy impact: Creates a foggy, reactive, and emotionally fragile baseline.


🔻 9. Ignoring Your Inner Calling or Living Inauthentically

  • Why: Suppressing your truth, creativity, or spiritual exploration disconnects you from your soul's natural frequency.

  • Energetically: Living out of alignment creates inner conflict and leaks vitality.


🔻 10. Chronic Stress and Overworking

  • Why: Stress hormones (like cortisol) affect every organ system and lower heart rate variability — a direct indicator of resilience and vibration.

  • Soul-level: It keeps you in survival mode instead of creation mode.
